Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation of your purchase

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason .

Important information:

1. Sale items are excluded from exchange and return.

2.You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a return label and deduct the corresponding shipping costs from the refund amount. 

Conditions for returns

  • The items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All labels and packaging must be undamaged.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

How to send it back

1. Please contact us by email or via our contact form on our website, stating your order number, to register your return.

2. Your request will bereviewed within 48 hours on weekdays. 

3. After approval, you will receive your return label by email.

4. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.

5. Send the package to the specified return address.

6. The processing time after receipt of your return is usually 1–5 working days. 

Note: If your order originally included free shipping, and the total value of your retained items after the return falls below this threshold, the regular shipping fee of €4.90 will be subsequently deducted from the refund amount.

Reset adjustment

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costsvia the originally chosen payment method.  

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment, unless an incorrect item was delivered.

Undeliverable shipments & parcel stops

Should your packagebe returned to usdue to an address error (e.g., missing house number, incorrect name), non-collection, or a package stop initiated by the recipient, we will gladly offer you a reshipment for a flat fee of €6.00.     

In case of order cancellation, we reserve the right to deduct a return shipping fee of €4.00 (DHL)and a service fee of €4.00from the refund amount.
